About the Role
We’re looking for a curious, organized, and technically-minded Technical Solutions Manager to help partners successfully implement and grow with TVEyes products and APIs.
This is not a role that requires deep expertise in media monitoring, media intelligence, or our industry. We will teach you the business, products, and use cases. What matters most is that you’re comfortable learning new technology, asking good questions, staying organized, and helping customers solve problems.
If you’ve worked with APIs, SaaS products, integrations, technical projects, customer implementations, or technical account management—and enjoy connecting business needs with technology—you’ll likely thrive in this role.
Working closely with the VP of Global Partnerships, you’ll help guide partners from initial onboarding through successful deployment and long-term growth.
What You’ll Do
Partner Onboarding & Implementation
- Help partners successfully implement and launch TVEyes products and API solutions.
- Gather requirements and work with customers to understand their business and technical goals.
- Coordinate projects between partner teams and internal stakeholders.
- Track timelines, action items, risks, and milestones to keep projects moving forward.
- Support onboarding, training, and adoption efforts.
Technical Consulting & Problem Solving
- Serve as a trusted technical resource for partners and customers.
- Help partners understand how to integrate and use TVEyes products effectively.
- Participate in implementation planning sessions and solution discussions.
- Troubleshoot issues and work with Product and Engineering teams when needed.
- Identify opportunities for customers to expand their use of TVEyes solutions.
Documentation & Process Management
- Create and maintain implementation documentation, requirements, guides, and workflows.
- Keep projects organized and ensure key decisions are documented.
- Help improve repeatable onboarding and implementation processes.
- Maintain visibility into partner configurations, project status, and open items.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Partnerships, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
- Share customer feedback and insights that help improve products and partner experiences.
- Support pilots, proof-of-concepts, and new product launches.
- Help customers understand new capabilities, including emerging AI-powered solutions.
What We’re Looking For
Required
- 2–5 years of experience in a customer-facing, technical, implementation, solutions, project management, or account management role.
- Comfort working with technology products and technical concepts.
- Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, data flows, or SaaS platforms.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and a willingness to learn new technologies and industries.
Nice to Have
- Experience working with APIs or technical integrations.
- Exposure to customer onboarding, implementation, or technical support.
- Experience in SaaS, data, analytics, marketing technology, or enterprise software.
- Familiarity with media, communications, advertising, analytics, or AI-related products.
No prior media monitoring or media intelligence experience is required.
