FEMA has awarded a small business set-aside contract worth as much as $98,000 to TVEyes, Inc., a broadcast media monitoring firm based in Fairfield, CT.
The agency wants to monitor, archive and measure all local news in major Nielsen markets plus all nationally broadcast news about FEMA activities, GSN reported on Feb. 16, 2012.
