Job Title: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Position Overview

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth for TVEyes by identifying and qualifying sales opportunities. Working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams, you will engage with prospects, generate leads, and set the stage for successful client relationships. This is a fast-paced role ideal for individuals with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a desire to grow within a cutting-edge technology company.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Research and identify potential clients within target industries.
  • Utilize tools such as CRM, LinkedIn, and email automation to build targeted prospect lists.

Outbound Engagement

  • Conduct outbound calls, emails, and social outreach to engage prospects.
  • Present TVEyes’ value proposition and identify customer pain points.

Qualification

  • Qualify leads based on company criteria and ensure alignment with product offerings.
  • Schedule meetings and demos for Account Executives.

Collaboration

  • Partner with marketing to follow up on inbound leads and optimize campaigns.
  • Work closely with Account Executives to transition qualified leads seamlessly.

Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed monthly activity and lead generation targets.

Continuous Learning

  • Stay updated on TVEyes’ product features and industry trends.
  • Participate in regular sales training and skill development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related role. Experience as an SDR is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales tools.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
