FAIRFIELD, Conn., April 28, 2014 /PRNewswire/ –TVEyes Inc. a U.S.-based international broadcast media monitor, has moved in and officially opened in its new headquarters building in Fairfield, Conn. The building was acquired by the firm in 2013 and extensively renovated as a purpose-built high-tech facility to support its accelerating growth in U.S. and international markets.

“We’re pleased to have found a perfect location to site our new U.S. headquarters right here in Fairfield,” said David Ives, CEO and founder of TVEyes. “The business was founded here and has prospered because of the quality of employees we are able to find in nearby Connecticut, and transportation and infrastructure in place here.

“Strong and consistent growth over the last five years created the need to hire new people and expand into more space,” continued Ives. “We have open positions in customer service, support and training that we can now fill. As importantly, the new office will serve as a platform to extend our lead in domestic and international markets by enabling us to hire new sales executives and technologists to work on our Media Monitoring Suite and API services.”

The building comprises more than 7,000 square feet and was completely renovated to suit the needs of a 21st Century media company. “Built in 1938, it was originally a print shop, so in a way we are bringing it ‘back to the future’ as a home for a new media company. Our partner in this effort was Paolo Vicente of Vicente-Burin Architects, also of Fairfield. Remarkably, the building you see varies very little from his original vision, a testament to Paolo’s skills as a listener as well as architect and designer,” concluded Ives. Construction was by Jim Canal of J. Canal Associates Remodeling LLC of Monroe.

State Rep. Brenda Kupchick (R-132 Fairfield) said, “TVEyes’ expansion in its home state of Connecticut demonstrates our potential to become a center of high-tech business formation, relocation and growth. Our highly skilled labor pool and proximity to major markets on the east coast are unique assets for high-tech employers.”
